About
My work is grounded in structured, science-based movement education and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
I have completed a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates certification program, along with professional training in movement and biomechanics through internationally recognized education systems.
My background includes national and international credentials, as well as certification through the National Pilates Certification Program, reflecting adherence to established professional standards in the United States.
Professional credentials and certifications are listed below.

Credentials & Certifications
The National Pilates Certification Program
Nationally Certifited Pilates Teacher (NCPT)
NPCP is the only nationally accredited Pilates certification in the United States and represents the highest level of national professional recognition within the Pilates community. This credential reflects advanced professional competence, adherence to nationally recognized standards, and ongoing renewal requirements.
For me, NCPT represents a commitment to depth, precision, and continuous professional growth grounded in both classical Pilates foundations and contemporary practice.

Polestar Pilates®
Certified Polestar Pilates Teacher & Mentor
Polestar Pilates is a globally recognized, science-based education system widely chosen by physical therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and movement specialists for its focus on biomechanics, alignment, and individualized application.
For me, Polestar represents a strong professional community of specialists who build their practice around the person they work with, guided by an individualized approach. It brings together the Pilates method with principles of physiotherapy and movement science to support intelligent, pain-free physical function.
Being part of this community as a certified teacher and mentor is deeply valuable to me and allows me to grow, evolve, and develop alongside an international network of dedicated professionals.

Franklin Method®
The Franklin Method® is a Swiss-based movement education system developed by Eric Franklin.
It is widely used by movement educators, Pilates teachers, and dancers, and is known for its experiential approach and the use of specialized props to refine coordination, alignment, and movement quality.
For me, the Franklin Method® is a valuable complementary tool that expands how I work with the body. Its principles integrate naturally with the Polestar Pilates philosophy and support an integrative, person-centered approach to movement, allowing me to work more precisely, creatively, and effectively with my clients.
