Meet Kristina Syunskaya

Certified Pilates Teacher & Movement Expert

Hi, I’m Kristina —

National Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT),

Polestar Certified Pilates Teacher & Mentor, and

Wellness Specialist.

I help people build strong, healthy bodies and restore balance through mindful, positive movement.

 

I work with a wide range of clients. My specialty is working with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and longevity-focused wellness. 

My approach is gentle, individualized, and always tailored to each body and each goal, whether you’re male or female.

​Before Pilates, I practiced yoga for eight years, which taught me the power of breath, awareness, and holistic body-mind connection. But it was Pilates that gave me a life without pain and movement that feels truly enjoyable. My teaching integrates mindfulness with real results, helping clients move safely, effectively, and joyfully. I’m also a mentor with Polestar Pilates, one of the world’s leading contemporary Pilates education systems, known for its scientific approach through anatomy, biomechanics, and movement science. Working with Polestar allows me to stay current, guide new teachers, and bring the most effective, safe, and joyful movement to every client I work with.​ I would be delighted to connect with you and get to know your unique story.
